By using ufobattler.com ("UFO Battler") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The service

UFO Battler lets you view, vote on, rank, comment on and share UFO/UAP videos and related media. Rankings reflect community votes and are for entertainment and discussion; we make no claim that any video shows anything extraordinary.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password secure. One account per person; do not impersonate others.

Your content

You keep ownership of videos and text you submit. By submitting, you confirm you have the right to share it and you grant UFO Battler a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, rank, and share it on the site and on our social media accounts. Uploads are reviewed before they appear.

Acceptable use

No spam, vote manipulation, automated scraping that burdens the site, harassment, hate speech, illegal content, malware, or attempts to break or bypass security. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Third-party media and copyright

Many videos on UFO Battler were originally published by third parties and are presented for commentary, ranking and discussion. If you own content shown here and want it credited or removed, message @ufobattler on Instagram with a link to the page and we will respond promptly.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, UFO Battler is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site.
